PatientQ
AI-powered CRM and practice management for medspas and clinics. Replaces fragmented scheduling, messaging, charting, marketing, and billing with one workspace, plus voice and SMS agents that work the lead pipeline 24/7.
A Meta lead comes in. An agent calls or texts. A workflow waits for the reply — event-driven, not a dumb delay — then books the appointment. The visit recording becomes a SOAP note. That is the product in one loop.
Problem
Clinics were stitching together an EHR, a check-in app, a CRM, ads, and phones. Front desks spent the day answering wait-time questions and chasing leads. Providers wanted notes without extra after-hours charting.
Product
PatientQ is one platform instead of five tools: wait and capacity so patients pick the right location, every lead worked from ad to appointment, AI outreach on the pipeline, visit recordings turned into SOAP notes, and one dashboard for revenue, conversion, and ROAS.

Deep dives
- 01
Conversation agents
Inbound and outbound voice and SMS agents, auto-generated from location knowledge, covering the outreach that used to sit on the front desk.
- 02
Workflow builder
Visual automations with triggers — Meta lead, pipeline stage, tag, schedule, webhook — then SMS, email, tags, AI text, delays, or wait until the contact responds.
- 03
Smart charting
Patient recordings flow from device to transcript to the right contact and location. Visits become SOAP notes and consultation insights instead of after-hours charting.

~1 year of active build (client from Jul 2025, server from Nov 2025), ~3.6k commits across the two repos, 30+ backend modules.
It started as waitlist software for urgent care. First public customer story: Primary Health Medical Group in Idaho, for check-in and wait times. The platform we shipped is broader — medspa and aesthetics practice management, with HIPAA/PHIPA positioning, Auth0, RBAC, and encryption in transit and at rest.
